Is FITRON available now?

Yes. Both products are live across India. Start the AI trainer with a free trial, and gym owners can open Gym Accounting today and pay online when the trial ends (UPI AutoPay, card or net banking).

Do I need a gym to use the AI trainer?

No. Tell FITRON what equipment you have, whether that's a full gym or a pair of dumbbells at home, and your plan is built around it. More on the AI trainer.

Does gym accounting work for more than one branch?

Yes. Multi-branch management comes with the Enterprise plan (₹3,999 a month), with branch-wise and consolidated reports. Extra branches are ₹499 a month. More on gym accounting.

How does the gym partnership work?

Pick a partner plan: Referral (₹999 a month), Software with Gym Accounting Professional (₹1,999) or Enterprise with multi-branch accounting (₹3,999). You promote the AI Trainer to your members and earn 70% of every eligible subscription, settled monthly. See partner plans.

How long is the free trial?

7 days on both products, no card needed. Gym Accounting shows the days left at the top of the console; when the trial ends your data stays as it was and you pay online to continue (UPI AutoPay, card or net banking).

How do I cancel?

Plans renew automatically through Razorpay (UPI AutoPay, card or net-banking mandate) for the period you chose, monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time from Settings › Plan & billing in Gym Accounting, or Settings › Subscription in the AI Trainer. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Does Gym Accounting handle GST and my accountant's books?

Yes. Every sale gets a numbered invoice. When GST is switched on, it shows your GSTIN and the CGST and SGST split (or IGST) at the rate you set. At month-end you export receipts, expenses and ledgers as Excel or CSV files for your accountant. How GST billing works.

What happens to my data?

You're in control. FITRON follows India's DPDP Act, 2023: consent first, data hosted in India, export or delete any time, and members' AI conversations are never shown to the gym. The AI replies are written by an AI provider that may process them outside India: the privacy policy says what is sent. Read the policies.
